Step-by-Step Guide: Enrolling at Imagine Klepinger & Woodbury for K - 8th Grade
Enroll your child at Imagine Klepinger & Woodbury today! We are currently accepting students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. By enrolling your child with Imagine Schools, you create the foundation for a lifetime of success. Our unique approach to education combines personal attention, inspirational teaching, a proprietary integrated curriculum, and technologically advanced instruction in a small class setting. To begin the enrollment process, you will need to submit a pre-enrollment form. After we receive your pre-enrollment form, we will notify you within 5 business days to confirm that we have received this information. (see below for pre-enrollment application).

You will need the following items to complete enrollment:
- Completed Enrollment Packet
- Child’s Birth Certificate & Social Security Card
- Child’s Current/Up-to-Date Shot Record
- Copy of Parent/Legal Guardian’s Driver’s License, State or Military ID & Social Security Card
- Proof of Residency : See Notes Below
- Withdrawal Form from previous school (if applicable)
- IEP paperwork (if applicable)
- Custody Documentation (if applicable)
Proof of Residency *ONLY acceptable documents:
Utility bill in your name dated within the last 30 days (gas, water or electric), printed mail addressed to you from a county or government agency dated within the last 30 days, printed court documents in your name dated within the last 30 days or a current lease agreement in your name.
*WE DO NOT ACCEPT* Phone bill, cable bill, etc… or any handwritten documents.
The “Start Enrollment” button above only collects your information so we may contact you & does not register your child. You must still fill out a paper packet & turn in ALL required documents before your child can be fully enrolled)
